A leading technology company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth in Digital Oilfield solutions and IT Outsourcing services. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and closing enterprise deals within the oil & gas and energy sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business opportunities in Digital Oilfield and IT outsourcing services
Build strong relationships with clients across oil & gas, energy, and industrial sectors
Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and account expansion
Prepare and present proposals, solutions, and demonstrations to prospective clients
Lead negotiations and close strategic business deals
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project implementation
Monitor industry trends in digital oilfield technologies, IoT, and IT services
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
5 - 8 years' experience in enterprise sales or business development
Background in oil & gas technology, digital oilfield solutions, or IT outsourcing
Strong skills in client engagement, negotiations, and solution selling
