Reports to: General Manager
As a Sales manager at Nestrock Investment Limited, you will report to the General Manager and a play pivotal driving plots sales at the Company. You will focus on comping up with sales and marketing strategies, guide on sales process to ensure the projects acquired are sold within the set timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Client Acquisition:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Generate leads and build a network of potential clients through various channels
Conduct projects viewings (site visits) and presentations to potential buyers.
Facilitate the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance throughout the buying process.
Understand clients' needs and preferences to offer personalized solutions.
Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Market Knowledge and Analysis:
Stay informed about market trends, real estate values, and competitor activities.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Provide clients with accurate and comprehensive projects information, including market analysis and investment potential.
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
Administration and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system.
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure the successful completion of sales transactions, including legal and finance teams.
Team Management
Identify need and recommend recruitment sales executives and sales agents to help in pushing sales targets.
Manage the team of internal sales executives, tracking their performance and helping them in closing deals.
Champion and sustain continuous growth for the team and the company at large as they seek to cover the whole country.
Set-up and implement sales training and processes and train sales team accordingly.
Together with other employees, contributes in marketing content production.
Undertake other role as may be assigned by management that is work-related.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Land Economics, or related field.
At least 4 years' proven experience in land sales (mandatory), with 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Kenyan land laws, processes, and regulations.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets in real estate.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Competent Driver
Age 25-32 years.
KPIs
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in value and volume.
Maintain a conversion rate of at least 40% from qualified leads.
Conduct a minimum of 10 client follow-ups weekly, resolving inquiries within 48 hours.
Generate at least 3 new leads monthly from untapped market segments.
Submit accurate weekly sales reports and maintain 100% CRM data accuracy.
