JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, client acquisition, and boutique sales performance. The role will lead the sales team, manage high-value transactions, and build strong relationships with HNIs, UHNWIs, corporate, diplomatic, and government clients to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Drive revenue and category growth across watches and fine jewellery.
Lead high-value transactions, client conversions, and luxury gifting sales.
Build and manage a pipeline of HNI, corporate, diplomatic, and government clients.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships and revive dormant accounts.
Drive B2B and B2G business development opportunities.
Maintain a strong external presence through client visits and business development activities.
Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for Sales Executives.
Conduct regular sales reviews, coaching, and product knowledge sessions.
Build a high-performance sales culture and ensure achievement of team targets.
Ensure strong customer service, clientelling, product knowledge, and high-ticket closing standards.
Ensure team compliance with Company policies, including dress code and professional standards.
Collaborate with Finance, HR, Inventory, Business Development, Accounting, and Aftersales teams.
Maintain professional relationships with customers, mall management, regulatory authorities, and other external stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Master's degree is an added advantage.
10 - 15 years' sales experience, with 5 - 7 years at managerial level preferred.
Proven experience in B2B and B2G sales.
Strong network within HNI, UHNW, corporate, diplomatic, and government circles.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Demonstrated ability to close high-value transactions.
Experience managing, coaching, and developing sales teams.
Experience in luxury retail, premium consumer products, or a related commercial environment is an advantage.
