KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive room, conference, and F&B sales to achieve and exceed set targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for corporate, leisure, and group markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, travel agents, tour operators, and event planners
Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the hospitality sector
Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in a sales management role within the hospitality industry
Strong understanding of hotel sales and corporate accounts
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Target-driven, self-motivated, and commercially focused
Ability to work independently and manage sales initiatives effectively
