Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, lead a high-performing sales team, and expand our enterprise IT solutions business across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team.
Develop and execute go-to-market sales strategies.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
Build and maintain strategic client and partner relationships.
Monitor sales performance using CRM, forecasts, and key metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree (MBA is an advantage).
7 - 10 years\' B2B IT solutions or consulting sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience selling Cloud, ERP, Managed Services, or Cybersecurity solutions.
Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Good knowledge of the Nigerian enterprise market.
