Job Summary


The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving branch targets through direct bulk sales to corporates andHNIs(CEOs, Ministers) while managing the performance of the boutique team.


Key Responsibilities


Drive B2B and B2C sales to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with top executives, government officials, and captains of industry.
Manage, coach, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and adherence to the 5-C framework.
Oversee boutique operations, including visual merchandising, stock control, and compliance.
Report on market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance to Head Office.
Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to address skill gaps.
Handle high-level client complaints and ensure swift resolution.
Plan and execute in-store events and exclusive shopping experiences for VIP clients.
Monitor individual sales performance and implement improvement plans where necessary.
Ensure the boutique is adequately staffed and schedules are managed efficiently.


Requirements & Skills


Education: B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. An MBA is an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in luxury sales, with at least 3 years in management.
Industry Background: Luxury Retail, Premium Lifestyle Brands, Corporate Gifting firms, or High-End Automotive Sales Management.
