A well-established company specialising in portable sanitation, ablution solutions and related site services is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead its sales function and drive business growth.
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 / Matric qualification
Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or a related field would be advantageous
5+ years' experience in a sales management role
Proven experience managing and motivating a sales team
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Experience in B2B sales and business development
Strong client relationship management skills
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
Strong commercial and financial acumen
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
