Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team for optimal performance
Identify new business opportunities and expand client base
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
Train and mentor sales representatives
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, with at least 7 years in a managerial role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Good understanding of marketing and business development strategies
Experience in fintech, real estate, or related industries is an added advantage
