Role Purpose:
Responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the Sales and Marketing department with the goal of maximising revenues to agreed budgets while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the customer journey.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):
Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, respond to client inquiries, conduct site inspections and customize proposals.
Make business decisions to ensure smooth operations and resolve service issues promptly.
Participate in developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to maximize revenue and market share.
Prepare budgets, monitor performance, analyze financial results and identify opportunities to boost profitability.
Track industry trends, competitor strategies, and market performance to forecast demand and identify business opportunities.
Collaborate on revenue management, pricing, and promotional strategies to achieve sales targets.
Work closely with other departments and third-party vendors to meet client needs and ensure smooth event execution.
Adhere to hotel policies, financial procedures, and health and safety regulations.
Address guest issues promptly and maintain a high standard of professional service.
Perform any other duties as assigned by superior to meet overall business objectives.

Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as Sales Manager in a 4- or 5- star hotel, preferably with an international hotel brand.
