We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our vibrant team. Key Responsibilities


Implementing proactive sales initiatives to maximize hotel revenue.
Work diligently to enhance guest satisfaction, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
Meet sales targets and hotel objectives by executing strategic plans and initiatives.
Manage costs and inventory while maintaining productivity and performance standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Analyze business performance and provide recommendations to drive financial success.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, planning, delivering, and documenting best practices for internal and external audits.


Qualifications


Proven experience in a sales management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team to success.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of securing high-value contracts.
A commitment to delivering outstanding guest service with a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
Proficiency in using sales and CRM software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
Personal integrity and the ability to work in a demanding environment that requires excellence.
