Job Summary


We are seeking a smart, proactive, and result-driven Female Sales Manager with a strong passion for sales, customer retention, and long-term business growth.
The ideal candidate should possess leadership ability, commercial awareness, and the capacity to drive revenue while managing customer relationships and supporting operational efficiency.
The successful candidate must be someone who can take ownership of the sales function, identify growth opportunities, build customer loyalty, and contribute meaningfully to the expansion of the business.


Key Responsibilities


Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer retention.
Promote veterinary products, poultry/fish feed, feed supplements, and agro-allied products effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Follow up on old customers and encourage repeat business.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and pricing negotiations professionally.
Supervise and coordinate sales activities within the store.
Monitor product movement and recommend fast-selling or profitable products.
Prepare sales reports and provide insights on business performance.
Identify market opportunities, customer trends, and competitor activities.
Ensure excellent customer service and positive customer experience.
Support stock monitoring and report discrepancies where necessary.
Train and guide junior sales staff when required.
Contribute ideas that enhance operational efficiency and business growth.
Represent the business professionally and maintain a strong brand reputation.


Requirements


Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a similar sales management role.
Experience in retail, agro-allied, veterinary, FMCG, or feed-related business is an added advantage.
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage people effectively.
Strong numerical and reporting skills.
Ability to analyze sales performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Must be confident and proactive.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Honest, reliable, and accountable.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Must have a strong desire for long-term career growth and business development.
Must be willing to take initiative and solve problems independently.

Working Schedule:


Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Last Saturday of the Month: 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM
