Responsibilities
Sales Strategy, Revenue Growth & Market Expansion:


Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and emerging markets to expand the company's footprint.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.


Client Acquisition, Relationship Management & Retention:


Lead client acquisition efforts, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through consistent engagement and value delivery.


Pipeline Management & Sales Operations:


Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion, ensuring consistent deal flow.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.


Negotiation, Contracts & Deal Structuring:


Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and service agreements to secure profitable deals.
Draft, review, and finalize commercial agreements in line with company policies.
Ensure all business transactions comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.


Team Leadership & Performance Management:


Lead, mentor, and manage the sales/business development team to achieve targets.
Set performance goals, monitor KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews.
Drive a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results.


Partnerships, Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:


Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to align business strategies.
Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to drive business growth.
Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking forums.


Reporting, Insights & Continuous Improvement:


Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and business development updates.
Use data-driven insights to optimize sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
Continuously improve sales processes, tools, and strategies for efficiency and effectiveness.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 6+ years' experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, and market expansion.
