Responsibilities
Drive sales and business growth for Cormart Corygiene and hospitality products within the HoReCa segment
Develop and implement business development strategies to capture new customers and business opportunities
Build, manage, and expand a strong customer base across hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering businesses
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue budgets across regions
Follow up with customers for purchase orders and ensure timely order closure
Monitor and ensure on - time delivery of all ordered materials in coordination with internal teams
Coordinate marketing and sales activities across regions to ensure effective execution
Maintain regular engagement with customers to understand needs and strengthen relationships
Coordinate product sampling requests and provide necessary technical support to customers
Ensure timely collection of payments in line with agreed payment terms
Provide regular market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer insights
Offer technical guidance and product knowledge to customers to support correct usage and satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree with 5 - 8 years of experience.
