Job Summary:
We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven, and highly experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and accelerate business growth! The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing and coaching a team of Sales Executives, cultivating key client relationships, and consistently driving revenue targets across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy to achieve the company's sales goals.
Create annual and quarterly marketing plans, budgets, and timelines for campaigns.
Identify market trends and opportunities to position the firm competitively in the real estate market.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Build and maintain the company's brand image to enhance visibility and trust in the real estate market.
Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials and platforms.
Oversee the design and production of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and property listings.
Manage the company's online presence, including the website, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate leads and increase traffic to the website.
Create and manage marketing campaigns to attract potential buyers, sellers, and investors.
Oversee lead generation activities through various channels, including online ads, open houses, and networking events.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay ahead in the market.
Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blog posts, videos, newsletters, and property listings.
Ensure content is engaging, informative, and optimized for different platforms.
Organize press releases, media briefings, and promotional events to increase brand awareness.
Represent the company at real estate conferences, exhibitions, and industry events.
Lead and manage the marketing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations.
Foster a collaborative work environment and encourage creative thinking.
Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, including key metrics like lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
Present findings to senior management and make recommendations for improvement.
Use insights to refine future marketing strategies and optimize results.
Carrying out all other tasks in the ordinary course of business which the management reasonably consider necessary or proper in the interest of the company in your capacity as Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 - 7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 - 3 years in a sales leadership or managerial role.
Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and growing revenue.
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills at both client and executive levels.
Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
