We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager (Marketer) to join our team. As a Sales Manager working on the field, you will oversee the entire sales team and manage sales operations and product supplies in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate adequate knowledge of products and sales processes while effectively managing sales personnel.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives.
Analyze data to set staff targets and evaluate performance; inform product sales outcomes, distribution decisions, identify areas for improvement, and streamline operations to enhance efficiency.
Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with customers, prescribers, recommenders, and other business partners.
Collaborate with various departments; coordinate, supervise, and coach the sales team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Pharmacy, medical and biological sciences, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or sales management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with relevant markket and industry trends
