Our Client needs a young, vibrant Sales Manager to join the Team as part of their expansion programme.
It is expected that the prospective candidate has knowledge of Real Estate.
Responsibilities
Generate sales of properties with existing and new prospective clients
Develop and increase sales by following up on potential clients through inspections, sending cold emails, calls etc
Develop innovative ideas to boost sales using social media platforms
List details of properties for sale on all company's marketing platforms
Develop, establish, and maintain market strategies to meet organizational objectives.
Requirements
A BSc Degree in Estate Management or Business Administration, at least 3 years post graduate experience in the Real Estate Sector as a Sales Staff.
Excellent communication skills
