Our client, a provider of HVAC solutions seeks to on board a Sales Manager in their organization. The role holder will develop sales strategies for sustainable business growth & execute annual sales plan for the region. He/she will also achieve planned sales & profit by expanding sales channels for existing & new product lines.
Key Areas of Responsibility
· Achieving sales targets by expanding market coverage geographically and in various sectors of business.
· Managing business relationships & supporting local distributor to establish strong sales network.
· Identifying and developing new B2B & B2C sales channels.
· Coordinating sales effort with engineering, service, marketing, and other functional teams.
· Monitoring and controlling the stock availability.
· Keeping the customers updated on new product launches.
· Effectively handling and resolving customer problems and complaints.
· Preparing monthly reports, market research, competition analysis, etc.
· Any other tasks that may be requested by your line manager from time to time.

Qualifications
