The Role:


You won't just be selling; you'll be building relationships. Your goal is to identify new opportunities, manage existing accounts, and ensure our building materials are the first choice for every major project in the region.


What You'll Do:


Market Mastery: Identify and approach potential clients, including contractors and hardware retailers.
Product Expertise: Showcase our range of building materials and specialized accessories.
Sales Growth: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive lead generation.


Requirements:


Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience specifically in construction materials, hardware goods, or building accessories.
Solid understanding of the building and construction market.
An existing awareness of local market trends and industry contacts.
Strong negotiation tactics, excellent communication.
Willingness to travel to sites and meet clients face to face.
