The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the organization's products and services, generating leads, increasing client engagement, and driving revenue growth. The role involves developing marketing strategies, building strong customer relationships, conducting market outreach, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities


Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Generate leads through field marketing, referrals, digital platforms, and networking.
Promote the organization's services to prospective clients and partners.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct presentations and product/service demonstrations where necessary.
Follow up on enquiries and convert prospects into paying clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
Prepare and submit periodic sales reports.


Marketing Responsibilities


Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
Carry out community engagement and outreach activities.
Manage social media promotions and online marketing activities where applicable.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Assist in organizing promotional events, health talks, campaigns, and exhibitions.
Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and service delivery.
Create and distribute marketing materials and promotional content.


Administrative Responsibilities


Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Prepare weekly and monthly activity reports.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Attend meetings, trainings, and strategy sessions as required.


Requirements & Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
Previous experience in sales and marketing is an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
