Job Responsibilities


Drive the marketing and sales functions - targets Nigerians locally and in Diaspora
Generate leads, build and nurture client relationships, promote and sell company's products to target markets to meet their needs and achieve sales targets.
On-board and manage Realtors, Agents and Brokers selling for the company.
Prepare monthly project reports and send same to all subscribers on all Projects.
Manage and monitor payments schedule and installments.
Responsible for Marketing materials and sales events to drive visibility.
Provide high-level reports and updates to Management


Competency/ Skill Requirements


Knowledge and understanding of the Nigerian Lagos real estate market.
Good product development and portfolio management capabilities.
Excellent customer relationship development/management skills.
Must have a high sense of responsibility, accountability, integrity and ethical standards.
Must have strong business acumen, maturity and tact, including the ability to relate with customers, partners and other internal and external stakeholders


Qualifications


Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years progressive work experience in similar capacity.
