Strategy & Planning:Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:Proven experience as a Sales/Marketing Manager in hospitality, FMCG or Retail space.
Communication:Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Analytical Skills:Strong ability to interpret data, trends, and financial reports.
Technical Skills:Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing tools.
