Job Description


We are seeking a high-performing, strategic, and result-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our real estate sales efforts, optimize lead generation pipelines, and spearhead property marketing campaigns.
With 5 - 6 years of proven experience, the ideal candidate will not only close high-value deals but also design commercial strategies, mentor junior team members, and significantly expand the company's market share in the luxury and commercial property sectors.


Key Responsibilities


Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve the company's short- and long-term revenue targets.
Target, engage, and convert high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate clients for premium residential and commercial property acquisitions.
Design creative, multi-channel marketing initiatives to generate high-quality leads and oversee the entire sales funnel from prospecting to closing.
Lead high-level property viewings, spearhead complex contract negotiations, and provide expert guidance to clients through the legal and financial closing processes.
Conduct continuous market research to identify real estate trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to keep the company ahead of the market.
Represent the company professionally at high-profile real estate exhibitions, networking events, and site tours to build a robust network of investors and brokers.
Manage sales data, monitor team KPIs, and prepare detailed weekly/monthly performance reports and financial forecasts for executive management.

Total revenue generated against monthly and quarterly targets.
Conversion rate (percentage of qualified leads converted to closed acquisitions/rentals).
Pipeline health (volume and quality of premium leads generated).
Accuracy and timeliness of market intelligence and sales forecasting reports.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
5 - 6 years of progressive experiencein real estate sales and marketing, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive revenue targets.
Advanced negotiation, pitching, and deal-closing capabilities with a strong network of potential buyers/investors.
Proven ability to build marketing campaigns and sales strategies from scratch.
Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM software, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and digital marketing analytics tools.
High level of market confidence, strong leadership traits, emotional intelligence, and a results-oriented mindset.
