Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and analytical Sales Merchandiser to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing sales data, developing and implementing merchandising strategies, and collaborating with sales teams to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure effective collaboration and execution of merchandising plans.
Implement merchandising strategies and guidelines provided by the company to maximize product visibility and sales.
Ensure proper placement, positioning, and presentation of products in retail stores, including shelf displays, point-of-sale materials, and promotional materials.
Regularly assess product availability, stock levels, and merchandising compliance.
Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and increase sales through creative merchandising displays and promotions.
Educate customers on product features, benefits, and selling points to enhance product knowledge and customer engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
Monitor and analyze market and industry trends, recommending adjustments to merchandising strategies as necessary. Participate in trade shows, industry events, and product launches to support sales and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Proven experience in sales in any industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
