Job Summary
Harvest Feeds and Agro Processing Ltd is seeking a proactive and well-organized Sales Office Assistant to support the sales team with administrative, coordination, and customer follow-up activities. The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth sales operations, accurate documentation, and effective communication between the sales team, production, and logistics units.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team with daily office and administrative tasks
Prepare sales documents such as quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and reports
Maintain accurate customer records and sales databases
Follow up with customers on orders, deliveries, and payments
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to track order fulfillment
Handle incoming customer inquiries and route them appropriately
Assist in sales reporting, target tracking, and performance updates
Schedule meetings and maintain sales files and correspondence
Requirements
OND / HND / BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
2 - 4 years' experience in a sales office, admin, or customer support role
Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, email)
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work under minimal supervision

Experience in agro-processing, manufacturing, or FMCG companies
Knowledge of basic accounting, invoicing, or CRM systems
Familiarity with sales coordination and order tracking
