Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a passion for sales.


Key Responsibilities


Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Promote and sell company products/services to prospective customers.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports and performance updates for management.


Required Skills & Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with 1 - 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel (if field sales role).
