We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Officer to drive business growth by acquiring and managing high-value B2B and B2C clients.
The ideal candidate will identify new market opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support the company's expansion within the remittance and foreign exchange (FX) industry.
Key Responsibilities
Drive business development and acquire new B2B and B2C clients.
Identify market opportunities and develop tailored sales proposals and pricing strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, merchants, and strategic partners.
Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and business engagements.
Conduct market and competitor analysis, prepare sales reports, and support go-to-market strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Mentor junior sales staff and contribute to overall sales performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
3 - 5 years of proven sales or business development experience, preferably in fintech, banking, financial services, or remittance.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and close high-value deals.
Target-driven with excellent relationship management skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and market research abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
