Job Summary


The Sales Officer will be responsible for managing product distribution, inventory coordination, and sales support activities across assigned partner and distributor locations within the job location and its environs.
This role combines sales, relationship management, and logistics coordination to ensure products are consistently available, partners are well supported, and sales targets are achieved through efficient stock management and timely follow-up.


Responsibilities
Sales-Driven Distribution:


Ensure products are always available where sales happen.
Plan smart, cost-effective dispatch routes.
Reduce delays and shorten sales cycles.
Track products end-to-end until sold or returned.


Partnership & Branch Performance:


Own relationships with Branch Managers, CSOs, and Union Excos.
Attend branch and union meetings to drive demand and confidence.
Accelerate sales velocity and ensure timely remittance.


Inventory Ownership & Accountability:


Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records.
Conduct routine audits and reconciliations.
Prevent leakage, manipulation, or excuses.


Reporting, Speed & Problem Solving:


Produce clear, timely performance reports.
Identify risks early and act fast.
Fix bottlenecks before they affect targets.


Compliance, Integrity & Standards:


Zero tolerance for dishonesty or shortcuts.
Full compliance with company policies.
Protect company assets, cash, and reputation.


Requirements


2 - 4years of experience in sales, logistics, inventory management, or a similar role.
Good organizational and reporting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools is an advantage.
Good communication and relationship management skills.
Familiarity with route planning and local geography.
Valid driver's license and ability to drive confidently.
