Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Officer with strong FMCG sales experience to join our team on a 3-month contract basis.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, increasing product visibility, and achieving assigned sales targets within designated territories.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and achieve monthly sales targets
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers
Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
Ensure proper product visibility and availability across assigned locations
Conduct market visits and monitor competitor activities
Prepare and submit sales reports and market feedback regularly
Follow up on customer orders, payments, and inquiries
Support promotional and marketing activities where required
Maintain excellent customer service and brand representation at all times
Requirements
Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
2 - 3 years proven FMCG sales experience
Strong understanding of sales processes and market dynamics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
Must be proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is an added advantage
