Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Personnel to drive sales of tyres, batteries, and lubricants across corporate clients and dealer/distributor channels.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding market share.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage corporate and dealer sales accounts.
Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining existing client relationships.
Promote and sell tyres, batteries, and lubricants to achieve monthly sales targets.
Conduct market visits, product presentations, and customer negotiations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate sales records.
Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 - 4 years' sales experience in tyres, batteries, lubricants, automotive products, or related industries.
Proven experience selling to corporate clients and dealer/distributor channels.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Valid driver's license is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
