The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling garage equipment products to both existing and potential clients. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and capable of building strong client relationships while meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities


Identify, qualify, and follow up on sales leads generated through field visits and marketing campaigns.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company CRM system.
Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospects while ensuring timely reporting and follow-up.
Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers through trust and consistent service.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.


Qualifications & Competencies


Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on sales experience.
Proven experience in automotive field sales, preferably in garage machinery or related equipment.
Solid understanding of the East African automotive industry will be an added advantage.
Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
