Minimum requirements:
Grade 12/Matric certificate
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Sales or Business will be advantageous
3-5 years proven sales experience in a wholesale environment
Experience in account management, business development, and territory management
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Ability to analyse sales data and identify growth opportunities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the Coastal Region
Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively
Comfortable conducting product presentations, in-store training, and merchandising activities
Advantageous
Experience within the eyewear, fashion, sports, footwear, apparel, or retail industries
Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
Experience using digital catalogues and online sales systems
