Main Functions


The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company's fashion products, attending to customers, and ensuring excellent customer experience.
The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining good client relationships, supporting brand promotion, and ensuring proper display and presentation of products in line with company standards.


Role Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation:


Promote and sell the company's fashion products to customers.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs.
Encourage repeat purchases through excellent service.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.


Customer Service & Relationship Management:


Attend to customers in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.
Provide product information including size, fabric, style, and price.
Maintain good relationships with new and existing customers.
Follow up with customers on orders, fittings, and deliveries.
Handle customer complaints and refer serious issues to the supervisor.


Product Display & Store Appearance:


Arrange products neatly according to display guidelines.
Ensure the showroom or boutique is clean and attractive.
Replace sold items on display when necessary.
Ensure price tags and labels are correct.
Support visual merchandising activities.


Order Processing & Documentation:


Record customer orders accurately.
Confirm correct measurements, sizes, and specifications where required.
Coordinate with the production or store team on order completion.
Ensure proper documentation of all sales.
Assist with invoicing and payment follow-up when needed.


Brand Promotion:


Represent the company professionally at all times.
Inform customers about new arrivals, collections, and promotions.
Participate in marketing activities, exhibitions, or fashion events.
Promote the brand through excellent service and communication.
Maintain proper grooming in line with brand standards.


Stock Awareness & Support:


Monitor available stock and inform the supervisor when items are low.
Assist in stock counting when required.
Ensure proper handling of products to avoid damage.
Support inventory control procedures.


Teamwork & Coordination:


Work closely with other sales staff and supervisors.
Support colleagues during busy periods.
Follow instructions from the Store Manager or Sales Manager.
Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude.


Qualifications and Requirements


Minimum of an HND / Bachelor's Degree.
Previous experience in sales, retail, or fashion industry is an advantage.
Good understanding of customer service.
Ability to work in a retail or boutique environment.
