Job Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company's products or services to customers, generating sales, and maintaining good customer relationships.
The role involves interacting with customers, achieving sales targets, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Duties:
Promote and sell company products to customers.
Identify potential customers and approach them professionally
Explain product features and benefits to customers.
Assist customers in making purchase decisions.
Customer Service:
Maintain good relationships with customers.
Attend to customer questions and complaints politely.
Ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
Reporting and Record Keeping:
Keep records of daily sales.
Submit sales reports to the supervisor.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
Field Activities:
Visit customers and business locations when required.
Participate in marketing and promotional activities.
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE / WAEC / NECO certificate
Previous sales experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
Applicant must live within Festac, Satellite town, Maza Maza, Abule Ado and environs.
