Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue potential property buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants through networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and maintain regular engagement with investors and repeat clients.
Source new property listings and maintain an updated portfolio within target areas.
Conduct market research and analysis to guide clients on pricing, demand, and investment opportunities.
Advise clients on suitable property options and provide professional guidance throughout the process.
Arrange and conduct property viewings, highlighting features, amenities, and neighborhood insights.
Facilitate negotiations between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to achieve mutually beneficial terms.
Support the transaction process from inquiry to closing, ensuring documentation, payments, and compliance are in order.
Collaborate with marketing to promote listings via campaigns, social media, and open houses.
Maintain accurate client records, report leads, viewings, offers, and closed deals to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in sales, real estate, insurance sales, property advisory, or client relationship management roles is an added advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
Proven sales and persuasion skills
