Key Responsibilities


Greet and engage customers, identify their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles.
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, financing options, and warranties.
Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance.
Negotiate sales terms and close deals to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Process sales paperwork and ensure compliance with dealership and regulatory requirements.
Maintain knowledge of current inventory, new product launches, promotions, and industry trends.
Follow up with prospects and previous customers to generate repeat and referral business.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with finance and service departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
