Nexus Staffing Solutions is recruiting on behalf of their client is a reputable importer and supplier of high-quality doors and interior finishing materials in Kenya, serving both retail and project-based clients across the region.
They are seeking to recruit a Sales Representative to support business growth and strengthen market presence in Eldoret and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell doors and interior finishing materials to retail and project clients
Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base
Maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and walk-in clients
Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and client follow-ups
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales
Achieve agreed sales targets and report on sales performance
Collect market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activity
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in sales (experience in building materials or construction-related products is an added advantage)
Valid driving licence (mandatory)
Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
Willingness to travel within Eldoret and surrounding regions
Remuneration
Monthly Retainer: KES 20,000
Commission: Attractive commission structure based on sales performance
