Responsibilities


Manage in-store retail activities
Provide customer service and enhanced customer experience.
Assess customers' needs and provide matching products and services.
Demonstrate sound product and service knowledge always.
Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand, as well as price trends
Understand/monitor local competitors and communicate business intelligence.
Identify, introduce and penetrate new prospects and other sales opportunities.
Handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
Perform direct marketing and sales activities as well as coordinate periodic promotional activities.
Generate B2B, corporate and bulk/wholesale sales where feasible.
Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers.
Monitor and report all other activities and provide relevant information for the management.
Produce daily and weekly reports.
Stock and inventory management


Specification


At least a University Degree
Experience in sales of mobile communication devices or household appliances is mandatory
Proficiency in MS Office
High numeracy skills
Strong attention to detail.
Strong negotiation skills
Good written oral and communication skills
Good presentation skills
Good interpersonal and relationship management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to use own initiative.
