We're growing rapidly and are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships, understanding client needs, and selling impactful solutions that drive real business results.

Position Overview

As a Sales Representative at The MBG, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing deals with business owners and decision-makers who can benefit from our sales capability training ,coaching, recruitment services and sales outsourcing services. This role is ideal for someone who understands consultative selling, enjoys working with ambitious clients, and wants to make a measurable impact on their growth.

Key Responsibilities


Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social selling.
Engage business owners and decision-makers to understand their challenges and present tailored solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract signing and account handover.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Collaborate with the training and recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and best practices in B2B sales and sales enablement.


Qualifications


2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in professional services, training, or recruitment.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Consultative sales mindset — able to diagnose client challenges and offer tailored solutions.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic, performance-based environment.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
