We are seeking an experienced, self-driven, and goal-oriented sales representative to execute the following responsibilities and is equipped with the listed skills and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
Actively sell and promote Solai Paints Products across assigned territories.
Achieve and exceed set sales targets and ensure timely collections.
Identify Potential customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Provide market intelligence, competitors' activity, and market feedback.
Ensure proper product visibility, availability, and merchandising in outlets
Submit Daily sales reports and daily sales routes
Follow company SOPs and Job Description while remaining flexible to business needs.
Skills & Qualifications
Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, or related Fields
Proven experience as a Sales Representative
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Target-driven with a strong focus on results and accountability.
Familiarity with assigned sales routes and local markets is an added advantage.
