Job Description
We are seeking a smart, energetic, and result-oriented Sales Person to promote and sell the company's products/services, maintain good customer relationships, and contribute to business growth.
The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, good customer service attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
Promote and sell company products/services to customers
Identify and approach potential customers
Maintain good relationships with existing customers
Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives
Attend to customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Ensure proper product display and presentation where applicable
Follow up on customer payments and deliveries
Represent the company positively at all times
Requirements
Educational Qualification:
Minimum of SSCE, OND, NCE, or equivalent qualification
Additional sales or marketing certifications will be an advantage
Experience:
1 - 2 years experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
Experience in factory, retail, or manufacturing sales is an added advantage
Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion ability
Customer service orientation
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Good teamwork and relationship-building skills
Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage
Good problem-solving ability
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Other Requirements:

Must have a good attitude and professional appearance
Ability to travel when necessary
Must be punctual and disciplined
Knowledge of local market environment is an added advantage
Ability to speak English clearly; additional local languages are an advantage.
