Role Overview
Our client, a well-established player in the dairy manufacturing industry, is seeking experienced Sales Representatives to drive sales growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand market presence across assigned territories. This role is best suited for candidates with proven dairy sector sales experience and an in-depth understanding of either the Nairobi or Western Kenya market.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow distributors, retail outlets, key accounts, institutions, and HORECA customers within the assigned territory
Drive sales volumes, market share, product availability, and in-store visibility
Develop new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships
Execute route-to-market strategies, merchandising standards, and promotional activities
Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence to support commercial decision-making
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
Minimum 3-4 years sales experience within the dairy industry (essential)
Proven experience managing customers in either the Nairobi or Western Kenya region
Strong understanding of FMCG sales, route-to-market execution, and distributor management
Experience managing retail, key accounts, institutions, and HORECA customers
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced commercial environment
