A company based in Tatu City is seeking to recruit a full-time Sales Representative to drive the sale of solar products for both commercial and domestic clients, including solar panels, inverters, and batteries. The ideal candidate is a motivated, customer-focused professional who will help grow the company's market presence through effective sales strategies, strong client relationships, and proactive market engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and on-board new business clients.
Present and promote company products/services to clients
Build strong, long-term relationships with corporate customers.
Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly sales targets and submit detailed sales reports.
Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in sales and marketing or relevant business studies.
Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in B2B sales (required).
Experience in sales of motor vehicles/ tractors an added advantage.
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions
