Responsibilities


Sell and promote our range of household and kitchen items.
Attend to walk-in customers professionally and understand their needs.
Maintain an organized and appealing sales area.
Meet daily and weekly sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Keep accurate sales records and assist with inventory updates.


Requirements


At least a year of proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in retail or household / kitchen items.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to convert leads into sales.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow with the business.
Confident, energetic, and customer-focused, with a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and also function effectively within a team.
Must be reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and well-presented at all times.
A passion for building long-term customer relationships and contributing to store growth is an added advantage.
