Clover is looking for a results-driven, target orientated, highly motivated and experienced Sales Representatives to join the sales team. The ideal candidate must have background in sales, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and a passion for driving business growth through acquiring new accounts. The successful candidates will maximise and catalyse customer recruits within the Food Service Industry (FSI) channel.
The role will be based at Clover's CDC Cape Town branch and Queensburgh branch (KZN).
Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
Business English: Fluent
Code 10 motor vehicle license

Duties and Responsibilities
Increase customer recruitment/onboarding within the FSI Channel
Ensure visits to all appointments made for customer recruits
Coordinate the account application process until complete
Source new business to develop active buying customer base within the FSI channel
Introduce Clover within the FSI channel to satisfy customers' needs
Ensure the minimum of 125 customers are onboarded / recruited on monthly basis.
Provide and Support ongoing excellent service to customers.
Develop and maintain excellent customer service
Ensure that all customer queries are attended
Ensure that customers are notified on accounts opened
Liase with Sales Reps and Area Manager on all onboarded customers
Coordinate the customer hand overs process to Sales Reps and Area Managers
Record and report feedback on customers not recruited : reasons for rejection.
Monitor and report on sales volumes and pricing
Record and report on salesper outlet and product category
Implement negotiated prices
Optimise basket of principal products
Negotiate optimisation of basket
Introduce new products and Principals
Arrange launches and promotional material
