Sales Representative / Merchandiser

Job Summary

• FMR Agency is recruiting a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative for a client in the beauty industry.
• The successful candidate will drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and promote beauty products professionally while working towards sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers in person, online, and over the phone.
• Build relationships with salons, spas, retail stores, and individual customers.
• Promote and sell beauty products using strong product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Participate in product launches, industry events, and training sessions.
• Keep up with beauty trends and competitor activities.
• Provide customer feedback to the relevant teams.
• Assist with inventory, order processing, and payment follow-ups when required.

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor's degree.
• Previous sales experience, preferably in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
