Role Overview


The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and consistently meeting sales targets. The role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, product knowledge, and excellent interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation


Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet and exceed set targets.
Follow up with clients on promotions, offers, and product availability.
Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.


Client Engagement


Welcome and engage clients in the showroom, identify their needs, and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Prepare and deliver product demonstrations with the support of the technical team.
Collaborate with designers/Visual Merchandisers to create layouts and mood boards for customized client solutions.
Conduct client site visits and take accurate site measurements where required.


Quotations & Order Processing


Prepare accurate quotations based on client specifications and follow up until deal closure.
Confirm product availability and manage order booking.
Negotiate effectively with clients to finalize sales.


Invoicing & Delivery


Process client payments in compliance with company policies.
Liaise with the front desk and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, resolving issues during or after delivery.


Client Relationship Management


Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Provide after-sales support and gather customer feedback on products and services.
Address and escalate client concerns, ensuring timely resolutions.
Update client database with accurate and up-to-date information.


Showroom & Policy Support


Assist Visual Merchandisers in setting up attractive showroom displays.
Adhere strictly to company sales policies, procedures, and payment terms.
Share feedback and recommendations with the Branch Manager to improve sales operations.


Requirements


Minimum of 1 - 2 years' experience in furniture retail sales.
Strong track record in sales, client engagement, and deal closure.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
High sense of responsibility, integrity, and business ethics.
Strong client orientation with a solution-driven approach.
Ability to engage confidently with high-end clients and customize solutions to their needs.
Well-versed in CRM practices for maintaining and strengthening client relationships.
