The ideal candidates should be aggressive in sales, customer-focused, and capable of building strong client relationships within their assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell motorbike spares and accessories within assigned regions
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and distributors
Achieve monthly and regional sales targets
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Prepare sales reports and updates
Support collection and customer follow-ups where necessary
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
Experience in sales of Motorbike Spares and Accessories is mandatory
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and travel within assigned regions
Self-motivated and target-driven personality
Knowledge of motorbike spares industry
