Job Description
Social Media Management: Creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content (images, videos, stories, captions) to various platforms.
Customer Engagement & Support: Monitoring social media channels, responding to comments, direct messages, and brand mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Lead Generation & Sales Conversion: Identifying, contacting, and nurturing potential leads through DMs and comments, and driving followers to make purchases.
Brand Representation: Ensuring all posts and replies align with the company's brand voice, image, and marketing goals.
Analytics & Reporting: Using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite to monitor KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion rates) and providing reports on performance.
Sales Administration: Maintaining CRM records, processing orders or inquiries, handling customer complaints, and potentially assisting with offline, in-person sales tasks.
