Employment type: Full time (currently remote but with planned transition to hybrid)
Salary: 180,000 - 200,000 +commission on every deal closed
Key Responsibilities:
Lead high-impact video calls, phone calls, and email sequences to convert prospects.
Independently identify and prospect corporate clients (SMEs, Large Corporations) and High-Net-Worth Individuals.
Develop and execute a sales plan to bring new clients.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads with consistent follow-ups.
Requirements:
You must own a functional laptop/PC with a high-quality webcam for client video meetings.
Reliable access to a stable power supply and high-speed internet.
2 - 5 years experience in sales (banking or fintech sector experience is a major plus).
Exceptional communication skills and a highly presentable, professional appearance for video consultations.
Proven experience in the use of CRM tools
Ability to meet sales targets.
