Key Responsibilities


Client management: Identify new sales opportunities in hardware shops and maintain a strong customer base within the assigned territory.
Sales execution: Present and list products in the hardware shops
Relationship building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Market intelligence: Share market trends, competitor activities, and customer need to identify new business opportunities.
Planning: Develop and execute a sales plan against the Key performance Indicators (KPI)
Internal coordination: Collaborate with internal teams such as, logistics, and accounts to ensure smooth order processing, product launches and successful promotional campaigns.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.


Qualifications & Skills


Experience: 3 years of successful sales experience in trade with proven work experience; handling hardware shops and dealers will be of added advantage.
Education: A basic degree / Diploma in sales & marketing or business-related like business or marketing is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software are generally required.
Performance: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a key requirement demonstrated.
